Founder & President of NLEAFA- A National Law Enforcement & Armed Forces Association of Igbo extraction based in the United States of America. Achievement: Through personal advocacy, activism and persistence and in collaboration with the United States Federal Department of Labor, approximately twenty ($20,000,000) a historical “WAGE BACK PAYMENTS” settlement agreement was reached between the Maryland Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services in “WAGE BACK PAY” from 2021 thru 2024. The settlement was as a result of the illegal TIMECLOCK manipulation that automatically clocked out Maryland State employees who were still present at work and who were still working. The settlement was the first of its kind in the State of Maryland, and the first in United States of America by any law.
